The wind
Caresses my body
Playing
Buffeting
This way and that

Finally free
My mind races
Clarity
Faster than
Conscious thought

A brief moment
Of exhilaration
Before gravity
And mass
Kick in

Spiralling
But briefly
Touching infinity
A leap
Of faith
And I soar.
